  • Calling and scheduling candidates for interview.

  • Shortlist the candidates from the applications.

  • Emailing the candidates and trying new ways to get the right candidate.

  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.

  • Relaying relevant information to applicants over emails and phone calls.
